Revenue & Sponsorship Support
- Work closely with sponsorship sales teams to identify commercial opportunities.
- Assist in crafting sponsorship-driven session formats and engagement activities.
- Support delegate acquisition strategies through content-driven marketing.
Post-Event Analysis & Reporting
- Gather feedback from attendees, speakers, and stakeholders to assess event success.
- Provide reports on event performance, speaker engagement, and attendee participation.
- Suggest improvements for future events based on data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
Experience: 2-5 years in conference production, content research, or B2B event management.
Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into event content.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry trends and familiarity with the event and media landscape.

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with excellent communication skills. Preferably, the candidate should have exposure to the print media or event industry. Your main role will involve outbound calls for magazine subscription sales and for paid delegates for our events.

Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in the customer database.
Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with clients and event delegates.

Minimum Graduate
Strong phone presence and experience in making a high volume of calls.
Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Enthusiastic, self-driven, and a quick learner.
